I had the great pleasure of photographing a few rehearsals of the ballet dancers from Joyce King Dance when I was in New York. Committed, athletic and graceful dancers.

One of my favourite images was at the end when I asked each of the dancers to give me a pose. Danelle’s gymnastics background shines through in her strong pose.

I’m on a bit of a cleaning out and archiving mission with my catalogue of 220,000 photos at the moment. I’ll be posting some random favourites as I go.

This was in a ski town in Vermont and the old signage seemed to hark back to grander days.

Such a wonderful privilege to lead a full life and celebrate a birthday with family and friends who have been part of your journey.

I love giving families the choice of having their newborn photos taken either in their own home or with me in North Curl Curl. With Coco’s shoot we were able to incorporate all the special things that resonate for her family … right down to the crazy socks her dad wore on his wedding day!

Just seven days old and already winning hearts.

We have run away from our kids for the long weekend and have been happily road tripping in Lola. Long walks, red wine and exploring country & coast. The game changer has been packing an electric blanket for the Kombi. Super snug!
