Happy Father’s Day …

Lovely to see so many dad’s in front of my camera again this year. And apologies that I could only include a couple of the dad’s from the 70 Christmas mini-sessions held at the end of last year (or the video would have gone on for days). And much love and strength to the dads I have been humbled to photograph for Heartfelt.

Mindchamps …

I did a photo shoot at this early learning centre + preschool and thoroughly enjoyed my day immersed in their gorgeous centre and seeing the day from the children’s perspective.
Great to see the end result with the images being used in their media and promotions.

Mary …

With her children spread between different states and countries, the whole family has been unable to get together the last few years. So it was wonderful to capture Mary in her garden, with all her children within arm’s reach.

Working with newborns, you get accustomed to seeing the signs that the baby is getting tired and it’s time to finish the shoot. Sometimes the signs aren’t that subtle.

On display …

I have had such a long association with our local primary school, North Curly. Both our children had a wonderful education with caring + passionate teachers, we have lifelong friendships which grew from waiting outside the Kindy classroom, I’ve spent countless hours serving in the canteen + uniform shop, and many happy years as the admin manager. So it gave me great pleasure today to see my photos of the school displayed in such an innovative way … as window vinyl on opaque doors.

Family sessions …

How wonderful to live on the beaches and have such beautiful, natural backdrops for my family sessions. The ever changing light and movement of the water is so great to work with.
