We were asked what it meant to us to volunteer as a photographer with Heartfelt. This is what it means to me and why I have been part of this organisation of beautiful photographers for nearly 8 years.
Always a poignant and emotional morning, being among the crowds watching the march in the Sydney CBD today. But also a delight to witness so much good cheer and friendship amongst the people waiting their turn to march.
I spent my weekend doing a sailing course on Sydney Harbour, and she definitely didn’t have her sparkle on Saturday. 44km/h southerly winds, pelting rain and a huge swell through the Heads. I learnt a lot about sailing … especially that I most prefer the part of sailing that involves afternoon drinks at sunset on a calm mooring.
The music is turned up, and we have an impromptu dance party at the end of our session this morning
