Thoroughly enjoyed taking photos at a local school to capture their concert this week. So much vibrant colour, music and high energy performances. Did manage to capture a moment of calm amongst the riot of movement.

So excited to receive notification that my entry to the SMH Clique competition has been awarded a Highly Commended! This month’s theme was for ‘Sport + Action’ and my image was taken down at Dee Why with a very willing, but slightly puzzled, teenager who was happy to keep diving into the pool until I had the shot I was after.

Lovely to capture the family dynamics before the arrival of a new baby and the changes this brings. Such gorgeous light down at the beach for a relaxed afternoon shoot.

A day home editing. My overseer makes sure I don’t sneak away from my desk for coffee or an afternoon nap in the sunshine.

With this mum only having 2 weeks before giving birth, I wanted to capture some silhouettes of her gorgeous belly.

The sounds of a newborn settling herself to sleep have kept me smiling all day. Gorgeous morning spent photographing baby Eva and her parents, who are understandably smitten with their new arrival.

Bit crowded at North Curly beach yesterday, with 10 dolphins stealing the best waves.

What a delightful way to spend an afternoon …. playing dress-ups, eating cake and then soaking in some bubbles. Issy happily chatted and sang all the way through her photo shoot and proved very adept at smashing through her cake.

Absolutely thrilled to have another photo of Vera receive such wonderful recognition. I’ve just won Camera House’s competition with the theme ‘my daily happiness’ and scored a new camera. Will have to print an enlargement of this for Vera so she can hang it with her other ‘modelling’ shots!
