The most beautiful light to photograph in is either early morning or late afternoon. With two young children, we opted for an early start and were rewarded with an empty beach and gorgeous, soft light. The best part of my job is capturing the connection and love between everyone in a family.These guys had it in spades.

Just had a week away visiting my parents and loved watching the dynamic between their new puppy and their chickens. The chickens treated the poor dog with disdain and little humour.
As a photographer, there is a lot of time spent at the computer editing, so it’s great when a shoot comes along that really stretches your legs! This family certainly kept me running, but I was able to get them to sit down occasionally for a few shots as well.
