Oh, Archie! We removed the cake stand and were trying to wrap up his Cake Smash session, but he wasn’t going to relinquish his cake that easily.

Had such a beautiful time photographing Lauren, Nick + Lachie as they welcomed their very new addition to their family. A whole lot of love surrounding him.
I noticed today the number of images currently held in my computer … 168,420! I love having such a catalogue on tap. Thought I might start digging through them and share some of my favourites with you. I imagine a lot will be from our time living in New York, as this was when I was given free rein to wander the streets with my camera.
A sneak peek from my session yesterday with this gorgeous family welcoming their second son into the fold. A very special and very loved delivery indeed.
I so loved my shoot with the artist Fiona Verity, trying to capture an ‘environmental portrait’. Some shots we definitely nailed the brief and had her fully immersed in her coastal environment, doing her daily sketching.
Spent a gorgeous afternoon chasing colour and light with the talented artist, Fiona Verity. I have admired her work for many years so it was wonderful to visit her studio, then spend time watching her create her sketches down at the Newport rock pool. You can visit Fiona’s website to see her work that draws inspiration from the coastal edge …. http://fionaverity.com.au/
Saw an exhibition by the artist Gunjan Aylawadi and her work is made by weaving and curling very thin strips of paper into tapestries. Intricate, precise and so very detailed. Beautiful work.
One of the advantages of having my husband home is we get to have adventures on a school day and go exploring to find somewhere nice for lunch.
Down at the beach yesterday afternoon and was watching this dog that was just having so much fun running in circles and crashing through the waves. Part kelpie, cattle dog and dingo, it was exhausting just watching her. Sheila is a farm rescue dog that has fully embraced her move from Coonamble to the coast ….. her owner even records her adventures at https://www.instagram.com/sheilathedingo/
Some images from my shoot with these gorgeous little brothers. Love that we got a fast driver for my red racing car … such a great pop of colour.
