I love the simplicity of capturing children together on the beach with a kite. And making a Black + White version just gives it a timeless feel.

That is the usual distance that separates these cousins and grandparents. Lovely to be able to capture everyone together during a family holiday to Australia.

I first met this gorgeous family when Adelyn was a newborn, so it was lovely to catch up with them 2 years later. And, oh those inquisitive eyes 💕.

One of my clients suggested Castle Rock Beach for an upcoming shoot, so I went onto Google maps on my phone to check it out. In the satellite view you can see my husband and I sitting on the rocks! How crazy is that?

When I have a family shoot down at the beach, I’ll often get the young children to jump off the dunes to release some energy and get them engaged. At yesterday’s session, the kids of all ages didn’t want to miss out.
