Hunter …

A whole lot of splashing around in the tub, but he was definitely clean after his Cake Smash today.

Lucy …

I’ve yet to meet a girl that doesn’t love a day of flowers and bubbles.

Fiona’s family …

Just had to share some highlights from this session with this gorgeous family.

Fiona …

Some people come into your life at just the right time. I first met Fiona down at Manly Beach when I had just returned from living in NY and I was getting ready to launch my business. She has such big, beautiful motherlove for those gorgeous children of hers. The way she interacts with them is lovely to watch. I’ve been so lucky to capture her son grow over the last 3 years and to welcome her new daughter into their family. They are now moving up the coast and I wish them much love and happiness X

Forty Baskets beach …

I love finding new places to shoot and enjoyed exploring this gorgeous spot in Balgowlah on the weekend. Winter family sessions are great because we had the beach to ourselves. A very different situation in summer.

Tamsin …

A gorgeous shoot this afternoon for a young family with a strong Scottish heritage … just had to include some gum leaves to incorporate the Aussie part of the children’s upbringing.

Flashback 2005 …

As my days are filled with photographing other families, I thought I’d slip into my own family archives and share this most loved photo of my own family. 13 years ago and a whole lot of changes! Our eldest is now studying for their HSC and the youngest towers over me at 6ft1. Love these guys.

James + Jo …

I love getting that image at the end of a family shoot when everyone is totally relaxed and comfortable in front of my camera. And these guys took very little convincing to show some love. So gorgeous together.

Sneak peek …

Some photos from Monday’s session where we were so lucky to get a rainbow to include as part of our backdrop. And could only laugh as the freshly washed labradors headed straight to roll in the sand and splash in the water, oblivious to their part in the family photo shoot.

44 feet …

A rainy long weekend prompted me to find this photo I took one rainy day in Brooklyn. I used to see this lady performing her job as a dog walker with amazing precision and control. Rain, hail or shine. She must have had some seriously tasty treats to get that level of obedience.

Grandma …

Exactly where you want her to be, wrapped around your little finger.

Edward …

My newborn photos are usually so light and airy, but I took this shot when Kerry stood in front of our fireplace while she was settling Edward.
