Isaac …

Getting some good height on the crazy Christmas hat.

Tommy …

Growing some more lovely freckles for me to photograph this year.

Indiana …

I love Indiana’s bright red dress. A great pop of Christmas colour against the dark background.

Fly …

I love taking my kite along to outdoor family sessions as it’s excellent for getting children up and running around. It’s a great, simple design that always flies so well. And yes, it’s often the dads who end up commandeering it.

Caitlin …

Making sure the Christmas props remain well fed.

We’re going on a bear hunt …

We’re going to catch a big one. What a beautiful day.

Windy …

Still a little wild and windy down the beach this morning, but we did get some pockets of calm and sunshine.

Me …

I haven’t updated my headshot in nearly 5 years, so thought it was high time. This was taken and edited today by my Work Experience student, Maddy. She is only 16 and has a great eye and talent for photography. I’m excited to see where her passion leads her in the future.

Maddy …

It’s been great to host a Work Experience student for the week and talk photography with a captive audience! Today we got to have a break from shooting clients and had some fun playing around with multiplicity in Photoshop. Go Maddy!

Finn …

I met Finn’s parents when ‘they’ were newly pregnant, so I loved getting to meet their gorgeous little boy as well.

2009 dust storm …

Looks like Sydney escaped the severity of the dust storm today, but I thought I would dig up some photos from the storm we woke up to nine years ago.

Maisie …

All dressed up and waiting patiently for Christmas.
