Ah, the serenity of a Cake Smash for one year old twins. A whole lot of noise and chaos and laughter.

My absolute favourite place and time to hold family sessions. A sunset shoot down at the beach. Such beautiful light and space for children to have some freedom. Include a gorgeous family and this is what we get.

So much of my time as a photographer is spent at my computer, editing photos. I love how powerful the tools are to transform images … and when needed, remove unwanted items in the background. But it can be time consuming, with this image alone taking 40 minutes to carefully remove all the distractions on the marina.

All full sessions I do receive a video slideshow with a selection of images, set to music. This has proved a very popular way of sharing photos with family and friends.
