Clara + Reilly …

A sneak peek of some photos from this children’s mini-session last week. How gorgeous is Clara’s dress? It was a dress that belonged to her mother, handmade by her grandmother for when she was a little girl. Just perfect for dancing and tea parties.

The delightful Miss Florence came to visit today to celebrate her first birthday. Rocking her wardrobe choices and daintily picking her flowers off her cake and eating them one at a time.

My gorgeous Aunty Robyn has always been a constant presence in my life. Leading by example and teaching me the importance of kindness, empathy for others, always having a travel adventure planned and a sense of humour. Happy 80th birthday to a very special woman X

Max + Jade …

We’ve just come back from a family holiday in Melbourne, a city I love exploring with my camera. My son’s gorgeous girlfriend joined us on the trip, unaware that this would also involve me stalking them in the laneways for half an hour for photos.

Motherlove …

I met Leanne just as I was starting my photography business. Her Mother’s Group were swimming with their babies in South Curly pool and the scene combined many of my favourite things to photograph and I cautiously approached them. They were gracious in letting me photograph them, and have been wonderful supporters of my photography journey ever since. Being models for me as I developed my style and tried out new ideas, and providing feedback that has allowed me to grow.

It was lovely to catch up with Leanne today and photograph her with her children. This motherhood journey moves so fast, so I was glad to capture this beautiful mum, knee deep in the middle of hers.
