Shortlisted …

Thrilled to see my photo of Vera enjoying her cup of tea shortlisted in the Australian Photography Magazine’s competition. The theme was ‘detail’ and there are some incredible macro shots that are worth taking a look at (unless you are scared of spiders, then do not click any further).

Family …

It’s not until you stand back and realise that your children have gone and turned into adults. And you need to start wearing high heels to keep up in the height stakes.

I just love the timeless look of black + white images, so when you have a family session with me, you receive all your images in colour and also the same set converted to B+W.

Celebrating Mother’s Day …

Motherhood. Every woman has her own unique journey and I am so honoured to have been trusted by all these beautiful mothers during the last year to capture a moment along their path. And to all the mothers I have photographed for Heartfelt, I wish you love and strength. Happy Mother’s Day X

Caroline …

I love that my job allows me to meet new people, spend some time chatting and hearing their stories. Connecting with people and learning more about the world. Oh, and there’s also the bit where I take photos. Updating some corporate headshots for Caroline last week.

Belinda …

I’ve known Belinda for the last 15 years and we’ve met every few months for the ‘Ross St Ladies Card Night’. Playing cards is definitely not our strong point, but our nights have always been about laughter, champagne and friendships forged over raising our children in the same neighbourhood. A gorgeous community of strong, caring and talented women. Happy belated birthday Bel from the girls X

Lottie …

For her first birthday, Lottie has worked out that she has legs and can use them to move fast and explore her world. So here is possibly the last seated photo her parents might ever get.

Autumn light …

Such a gorgeous time of year for family sessions on the beach as I shoot during the ‘golden hour’ before sunset when the light is magical. This is now at a much more family-friendly time, with sessions starting at 4pm.
Let me know if you would like a copy of my Welcome Guide with all the details of what is included in my family sessions and examples of my style of photography. Let’s explore the amazing backdrops we have on our doorstep.
