I loved snow days when we lived in New York …. I would be out walking with my camera until my fingers were so cold and numb I couldn’t press the buttons. Came across this dog revelling in the snow while his owner tried to dig his car out. Just announced as a finalist in the Camera House competition with the theme WINTER.
What an ideal way for a girl to spend her first birthday … wearing pearls, having a bubble bath and spending time with her mum. Happy first birthday Cayla!
I have been receiving lots of enquiries about the different types of sessions I offer, so I have put together some guides packed with information. They include details about my style of photography, where I like to shoot, examples of images you receive, what is included in your package in terms of digital galleries, apps and videos etc.
If you would like a copy, just leave me a message and I’ll send one through.
Archie had worked pretty hard during his Cake Smash session to ensure blue icing liberally covered his body. He wasn’t impressed when his mum started the cleanup in the kitchen sink.
Oh, Archie! We removed the cake stand and were trying to wrap up his Cake Smash session, but he wasn’t going to relinquish his cake that easily.
I noticed today the number of images currently held in my computer … 168,420! I love having such a catalogue on tap. Thought I might start digging through them and share some of my favourites with you. I imagine a lot will be from our time living in New York, as this was when I was given free rein to wander the streets with my camera.
A sneak peek from my session yesterday with this gorgeous family welcoming their second son into the fold. A very special and very loved delivery indeed.
I so loved my shoot with the artist Fiona Verity, trying to capture an ‘environmental portrait’. Some shots we definitely nailed the brief and had her fully immersed in her coastal environment, doing her daily sketching.
