Holding hands …

Photographing those little connections between a newborn and their mum is what makes my heart sing. I love being immersed in this special space and documenting these moments.

Perfectly happy with his spot at the centre of his family.

Wendy …

Congratulations to my cousin’s daughter who graduated with her nursing degree. But due to COVID restrictions, there was no actual graduation ceremony or graduation ball to officially commemorate the finish of all that hard work. We are all so proud of you.

Slideshows …

Did you know that each full session with me receives a slideshow set to music? I select some of your images, add some music, and you get to share it with family and friends.
This is a short version of the slideshow made for Jodie, Andrew + Florence’s sunset shoot at North Curl Curl beach. This was a great way of sharing updated photos, and showcasing their Northern Beaches lifestyle, with family in the UK.

Zara …

I photographed Zara as a newborn so it was wonderful to catch up and see how grown up she has become and how her personality was on display.
My newly introduced sitter sessions are tailored just for 6-9 month olds and use natural light, a white background, simple outfits and minimal props. My aim is for the focus to be purely on your child and to provide timeless, natural images.

Harlow …

My newborn sessions generally take close to 3 hours because I like to keep them unhurried and relaxed, with enough time to feed and settle babies as needed. And as parents of newborns know, they might be little but can absorb a whole lot of time.
And what a delightful way to spend my time today, photographing the gorgeous Harlow.

During Jake’s sitter session today the courier delivered my box of new wooden toys. Perfect timing to put Barney the Hound straight to work earning his keep entertaining toddlers.

Jake …

With his big sister starting Kindergarten today, it was the perfect opportunity for Jake to get all of his mother’s love and cuddles. Well, until 3pm when it’s back to sharing.

Sitter sessions …

I’m excited to announce I’m now offering photo sessions specifically tailored to 6-9 month olds. That sweet age when they are sitting on their own and starting to crawl, with loads of personality and character emerging.

The sessions use natural light, a white background, minimal props and a selection of simple bodysuits to wear. I capture cuddles with parents and finish with your child having a splash in my mini-clawfoot bath. My aim is for the focus to be purely on your child and provide you with timeless, natural images.

Bookings now open for sessions beginning in March. Let me know if you would like a Welcome Guide with all the details of what is included and examples of the style of images you will receive.

Holly …

I love photographing at places that have special meaning for families. Holly’s parents got engaged at this beach and came back for some of their wedding photos, so it was wonderful to be able to continue their family story with their new addition.
