We had a sunset family shoot booked for North Curly beach this week, but due to the rough sea and exposed rocks, there was no beach. We moved the shoot harbour side, but then the North Curly surfboat turned up there to train in the calm waters. Nothing a little Photoshop can’t fix.

I’ve been photographing these smartly dressed siblings for a few years and have delighted in watching them grow closer each time I see them. It will be interesting to see how the dynamic shifts as Theo catches up in height to his sister.

Whenever Ruthie became unsettled during her newborn session, her dad would tuck her in close to his beard where she would happily snuggle and settle. Looks like we know who will be on duty for the early morning wake ups.

With grandparents in America and the UK eagerly awaiting the arrival of their first grandchild, the long wait is over. We got some gorgeous photos of Ruthie in her newborn session to tide them over until they can actually get to meet her themselves.

A lovely afternoon spent walking down the beach with my favourite bikini model. A bit cool today for a cossie, but at 90, Vera is still absolutely radiant and confident in front of the camera .

9 months is a long time to wait to meet your much anticipated baby. Imogen made a surprise early entrance, giving her mum a head start on a lifetime of love.
