Still a little wild and windy down the beach this morning, but we did get some pockets of calm and sunshine.

I haven’t updated my headshot in nearly 5 years, so thought it was high time. This was taken and edited today by my Work Experience student, Maddy. She is only 16 and has a great eye and talent for photography. I’m excited to see where her passion leads her in the future.

It’s been great to host a Work Experience student for the week and talk photography with a captive audience! Today we got to have a break from shooting clients and had some fun playing around with multiplicity in Photoshop. Go Maddy!

I met Finn’s parents when ‘they’ were newly pregnant, so I loved getting to meet their gorgeous little boy as well.

Looks like Sydney escaped the severity of the dust storm today, but I thought I would dig up some photos from the storm we woke up to nine years ago.

I did a newborn session today but was just uploading my images and had to share this one. It can be a tough gig becoming a big sister and having to share your parent’s attention, but Claudia is taking it all in her stride.

Such a maturity and serenity way beyond her years. And those gorgeous dark eyes are a photographer’s dream.

I can’t believe this is already the third Christmas shoot I have done with this gorgeous young man.
